Returns

digpro-studio.com only accepts returns for false products. Returns due to problems of the product size, wrong choices, etc, would not be accepted.

 

Returned products should be in a new and fine state, on top of the products, peripheries such as the packaging materials should also be returned. Otherwise, the return request will be declined.

 

Please check the package carefully when it arrives, if there are any problems, contact us(eshop@digpro-studio.com) immediately concerning the returning procedures. After 2 days of the arrival, digpro-studio.com possesses the right to decline any request of return. Customers should send the products back to us within 7 days (starting from the arrival date), or the return request would not be accepted. Delivery fees of the returned products should be paid by customers first, digpro-studio.com will refund the delivery fees to customer later on, otherwise, the return would not be accepted.
